However, we understand that special circumstances may arise, so we offer the following return policy:
Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be in the same condition that you received it, with its original packaging, unworn or unused, and have the corresponding tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The merchandise must not contain any alterations or damage.
If the merchandise meets these requirements, a credit voucher will be issued for the value of the returned merchandise, less shipping costs.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Process:

We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the merchandise.
Return Deadline:
Returns are accepted within three (3) days from when you receive your merchandise. After this deadline, no returns will be accepted.
Shipping Cost:
The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Refunds

Credit Voucher:
The credit voucher issued for the return can be used to purchase any product at UniqueMe Hair Extensions. This voucher will be valid for Thirty (30) days.
